School Librarians Gone Wild with Web 2.0

Earlier this week, the California School Library Association 2.0 Team announced a "Summer 2.0 Fun" online learning program called School Library Learning 2.0 -- and now librarians from all over the state and the nation are joining the fun. The free, online course is meant especially for members of the California School Library Association (CSLA), but anyone can participate and all are welcome. Just note that only CSLA members get extra attention such as "virtual cheering" from the CSLA 2.0 Team and fellow participants, special recognition, and prizes upon completion of the 23 Things they will post about on their blogs.

Says Rob Darrow, a member of the CSLA 2.0 Team: "...we are welcoming friends and lurkers from anywhere in the world!" In her invitation to CSLA members, Connie Williams states: "This is a fun and fabulous way to learn together and strengthen our collective educational technology savvy."
